Urban Data Hackathon winners get a special prize — an exclusive visit to the LUN office
Winners of the Urban Data Hackathon: Code the City, which took part at Kyiv School of Economics not long time ago, have visited the office of LUN — a Ukrainian PropTech company that builds services for finding housing and analyzing the real estate market.

LUN can rightfully be called an entire ecosystem of technological solutions that help people choose homes consciously and conveniently.
In addition to traditional prizes, the hackathon winners got a unique opportunity to look inside LUN — to see how data, products, and the people behind them work together.

The visit program was full of activities: participants toured LUN’s modern office — a space filled with openness, creativity, and a love for data. They also had the chance to talk with Denys Sudilkovskyi, LUN’s Chief Marketing Officer, who delivered an inspiring talk titled “Will AI take your job?” Denys shared his personal experience, his journey within the company, his passion for artificial intelligence, and insights into how data drives decisions that are reshaping Ukraine’s real estate market.
During the discussion, participants explored a range of topics, including:
• the role of real estate in the lives of Ukrainians;
• the state of the investment market during wartime;
• how the war has changed long-term planning — and why Ukrainians postpone buying homes until victory;
• LUN’s human-centered approach and opportunities for young professionals in the company.
A special highlight of the visit was the interactive map of Kyiv, which allowed everyone to find their own district and view the city from a bird’s-eye view. This innovative display became a true magnet for all guests.
🤝 Many thanks to LUN team for the warm hospitality and engaging conversation
And to our participants — for curiosity, insightful questions, openness to new knowledge, and the incredible energy you bring to the world of technology 💙
